I met Peter in 2018 at one of my friends’ international wedding that he coordinated in both English and Hungarian and I liked his style already. Then in January, 2020 I got engaged and started planning our own wedding. Since my husband is Belgian and our guests came from several different countries I was of course looking for a bilingual wedding host. Moreover, as we were looking for a laidback, yet intimate ceremony without an official registrar, I immediately thought of Peter. Having set up a video call, we decided we’ll need him as both emcee and celebrant for the day. Then Covid struck and we had to postpone not once but two times, yet Peter’s professional attitude helped us tackle this obstacle.
In those two years we kept in touch with Peter as he got to know us and our love story in depth. He was readily available the entire time and he masterfully constructed the wedding plan – that all felt super reassuring. I was sure we are in good hands on the wedding day, too and there’s no need to worry about anything or anybody. All things went to plan, the ceremony was both touching and funny while being cosy, free and easy – just as we imagined. Peter managed all our vendors and paid attention to all our guests at the same time. He served as great support for me for two years and one day. What is more, he even proved to be surprisingly original that is still giving me smiles to this day.
